Reviews

We had another wonderful stay at the Prince Albert just after Labor Day. Paul is a great host, fun to visit with and has a wealth of suggestions to make sure you get the most from your stay. We were very impressed with all the COVID protocols, and felt totally safe and relaxed the whole time. Breakfast is now pre-ordered off a menu with lots of options, and you can enjoy it in your room or on the best-in-Ptown front patio. Rooms aren't serviced during your stay but as always, Trish makes sure they're spotless when you arrive and is ready to help with any extras you need while you're there. Ptown itself is doing great. The mask ordinance has 99.99% compliance, it's easy to find outdoor dining options (those heaters do come in handy some nights), and the shopping, beach and beautiful light and scenery can't be beat. This was our first getaway since March, and we can't say enough about what a great time we had!
Another great getaway! ptuch, Trip Advisor
If only our stay could've been longer! I loved the Price Albert Guest House. It's in a superb location, is a beautiful house and our room was exceedingly comfortable. The best thing about the house though is the owner, Paul. He was wonderfully welcoming, always on hand to help with anything we requested and could recommend so much to see and do in Provincetown. His service, and that of his other staff, is what's going to bring us back to Provincetown to stay at the Prince Albert Guest House. Can't recommend enough!
Perfect place in Provincetown! George B, Trip Advisor
This was my first time visiting Provincetown and I stayed at this guesthouse. I have to say the location was really great, it wasn't really in the central part of town which helped to avoid the crowds but everything was within walking distance and moving around was very easy and straightforward. I stayed in Room 3 which is on the 2nd floor. Paul was absolutely great and so helpful! It has all the amenities that one would need and breakfast was included. I particularly loved the couches in the front of the guesthouse. I was traveling alone and I met some pretty interesting and fun people who were all guests at the guesthouse. It made the whole travel experience all the more interesting and fun. I would definitely stay here the next time I go back to Ptown and I highly recommend it if you want to visit this lovely, charming little place.
Great little guest house with a great staff and very well located! ipsray, Trip Advisor
