Exceptional Service!
Our very large family visited Provincetown and stayed at the Prince Albert Guest House for the Thanksgiving weekend. From the time we checked in until the time we left, we experienced exceptional service from both the innkeepers and the staff. They provided excellent, accurate information about the area and whats happening in town. Rooms are comfortable and clean, breakfast was fresh and delicious! To top it all off, just about everything is within walking distance and the views are spectacular!

Excellent Atmosphere, location & the best staff ever!
We rented one side of the Inn to accomodate family guests for a wedding that took place over Thanksgiving weekend. What a wonderful experience! The staff was so accomodating (even for the family members who brought puppies along)! Everyone raved about the morning waffles & how friendly everyone was. The rooms were clean, comfortable and inviting. And, of course, the location was fabulous - walking distance to everything.

Best Breakfast of any B&B in PTown!

Crown Jewel in PTown
We loved this place we will stay there again. Our experience at the Prince Albert was fantastic. We have stayed at many B&Bs throughout the world, but the owners at the Prince Albert have definitely raised the bar. A real gem in Ptown.

Great Location!
You can't beat the location of this inn. Right on Commercial St. and convenient to everything. The room was adequately sized and had a private bath. The bathroom was small, but to be expected in an older building. Cleanliness was excellent.

Exceeded Expections In Every Way
The innkeepers were so helpful and very engaging. They made the process from reservation to checkout extremely easy and efficient. The rooms were meticulously cleaned daily by the friendly staff with Morning breakfasts that were included and were delicious: waffles with fresh fruits, yogurts and fresh juice! We had an amazing time in PTown and were in the heart of all of the action. T-Dance was across the street and made for an interesting evening performance!!! We love Bob and Stephen.

Great Place to Stay!
The service was great. The innkeepers Stephen and Bob were helpful with dinner suggestions as well as getting a cab to the pier. The Inn is located across the street from the Boatslip. It was great for people watching and the inn itself was surprisingly quiet. Everything was extremely clean.

The Only Place to Stay in Provincetown!
We have now visited The Prince Albert Guest House 3 times in the past 14 months, and we can't wait to come back again this summer. The entire staff there makes you feel like it is "your home" the entire time you are there. Make sure and enjoy an evening beverage and watch the "world go by" from the court yard at the end of each day. Don't miss the delicious breakfast served each day too - they are great!! The rooms are clean, Cape Cod cute and beds are very comfortable!

Amazingly Friendly Establishment! I have stayed at the Prince Albert several times. The accommodations are some of the best in Provincetown. The innkeepers made me feel very comfortable and were amazingly accommodating. The location is by far the best in all of PTown. You can enjoy T Dance daily from your own private front yard.

Extremely Friendly and Accomodating- Rooms vary in size and this was our second stay but all rooms are nicely appointed and offer THE MOST COMFORTFORTABLE BEDS and soft linens and thick towels. We loved it!

A romantic Weekend Getaway - The Prince Albert was perfect for our needs. This is not a regular hotel - it's a guest-house. It has a very "bed&breakfast/staying at a new friend's house" feel to it. Like everything in P-town it's a very eclectic place. The staff was incredibly helpful including picking the perfect place for dinner reservations and allowing us to check out at a time which worked for us.

Perfect Location with Lots of Charm
My daughter and I recently had the delightful experience of a stay at the Prince Albert Guest House in Provincetown, MA. The architecture is vintage and elegant, the rooms nicely appointed for comfort and space. Breakfast in the large, high-ceiling dining room was varied and plentiful. I would recommend this inn to any of my friends.

Carnival Week was a Blast!

My Favorite PTown B&B!
What makes this B&B special are the owners, Bob and Stephen - they go out of their way to make you feel at home but in a totally relaxed laid-back way. The location good not be better, amazing people watching, the rooms are clean, well decorated, and comfortable (I prefer a firmer bed but very comfy)! Breakfast is delicious and the house dog is a sweetheart. Every year that I come back, Bob and Steve have added new places to sit, upgraded rooms, and keep making it better and better. By far, a good value, a great location, a beautiful home, and you are treated like a Queen!

This place is FABULOUS! The property is under new ownership and the staff is GREAT! The rooms were spotless, the staff was flawless (and cute too) with a most perfect location!! I stayed there last August (07) and it was just as nice...great breakfast and the nicest staff I have ever seen. You will love Prince Albert Guest House so much you will book annually (one year ahead of time as I now do)... see you here!!
