Located at 5A Atlantic and known as "Rose Haven", Bob Sanborn rebuilt this very cozy Cape Cod, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, 2 story home to be his perfect year-round "getaway retreat". Upon expanding his local ventures he now markets the home to select individuals, for weekly or monthly rentals. For additional information on this property please provide your dates of stay and the number of persons to be staying in the home and Bob will contact you directly with additional details. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday only (no exception to this!). New for 2011: HD Wall Mounted Flat Panel LCD or LED's in each bedroom and Living Room!!
